I hope this letter finds you and yours serving Jesus.
This is our March/April Edition as you no doubt didn't
receive our news letter last month.
Let me bring you up to date as to the happenings
here at Set Free Yucaipa.
Easter day was as usual a great day of celebration in
the fact of Jesus' resurrection from death. We had hundreds
of children and their parents take part in our worship service
and the Easter Eggstravaganza (note enclosed article).
Many gave their hearts to Jesus, the living Savior. Praise Him.
Our "Restore Haiti" project is coming along well. We recently
purchased a 400 gallon water storage tank for Pastor Bobby
and his orphanage. Additionally we bought a truck in Florida
that will be shipped to Haiti soon. Chris Vaughn and Pastor Kirk
are working together to get a container to ship to our mission,
full of donated supplies, food, clothing and construction tools.
Please continue to pray for Bobby and his family and team of
workers and the kids. And please continue to donate needed
supplies and money for this continuing effort to a local church
in Haiti. Thanks
Finally, in June we will host the inaugural 'Set Free Nationals 2010,
an annual gathering of Set Frees From across the nation. We are
praying that our Pastors from Idaho, Tennessee, Wyoming,
Washington, Georgia, and of course California will be in So. Cal
for this time of reconnecting, refreshment, renewal, rejoicing, recharging,
recommissioning and of course, partying. It will be held here at
Set Free Yucaipa and we expect it to be a great time.
Continue to pray for our staff here, Pastor Kirk and Tamara,
Chris & Gwen Vaughn our music Pastor, Pastor Marty, Pastor Jack
and all of or directors of our many ministries.
